DIRECTIONS

By car
Take the A 830 Fort William to Mallaig road, and turn off half a mile north of Arisaig on to the B 8008, the coastal road. There is a sign to the golf course at this junction. Follow the B 8008 north for about one mile until you reach the beaches and the course. Park in the golf car park, opposite the white clubhouse.

But wait, how do I get to Fort William?
The A 82 road will take you from Glasgow to Fort William, while the A 9 and the A 83 will take you from Edinburgh to Fort William.

By Rail
There are railway stations at Arisaig and Mallaig, but it would be necessary to arrange a taxi from Mallaig to reach the course (Tel. 01 687 462 885)

By Taxi
Very convenient, but not recommended over distance if you're on a tight budget. You may get a discount if you try these numbers:
Glasgow Airport - try Millennium Taxis here (Tel. 07703 262 470 - ask for Fancis)

By Minibus
If there's a small group of you, try Rabbie's Travel here - one of Scotland's leading minicoach tour operators. They are 'Off the beaten track' specialists and can take small groups of up to 16 of you on custom-designed tours round wherever you like around the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. They also do airport transfers.

WHERE TO STAY

Holiday Cottages at Traigh
There are two large self-catering cottages within walking distance of the golf course.

They are available to let by the week and, being located very near the white sandy beach, they are perfect place to take the family on holiday... without missing out on your favourite sport!

Traigh Gatehouse sleeps 10 (6 adults +4 children) and Traigh Cottage sleeps 8 (6 adults +2 children).
